Happy Solstice!
This Is A Unique Solstice

The Winter Solstice is considered one of the most powerful times of the year by many cultures around the world. In the Northern Hemisphere this celestial event usually occurs on December 21st. The timing of the solstice this year will be Sunday, December 21, at 7:04 a.m. EST, 4:04 a.m. PST, or 12:04 p.m. Universal Time.
The Winter Solstice is the longest night of the year, and it heralds the initial impulse of the annual return of the Sun, the Light, to the Earth. This year the spiritual effects of the solstice will be more powerful than ever before. This is due to the incredible influx of Light that is pouring into the planet through the heartfelt pleas of people everywhere.
Humanity is experiencing the most intensified purging of the economic system, and the various other social structures that do not operate with a consciousness of the highest good for all concerned, that we have ever endured. This is a necessary cleansing that is paving the way for the physical manifestation of the patterns of perfection for the New Earth. The difficult part of this process is that the masses of Humanity do not see the bigger picture. Millions of people see only the painful situations that are happening in their lives. As a result of this limited perception, they feel overwhelmed and hopeless. This is very hard to observe, but it is not all bad.
After our fall from Grace aeons ago, we became so numb to the discord in our lives that we just muddled through our Earthly experiences accepting mediocrity as a natural state of being. We fell into the terrible habit of using pain as our motivator. Unless we were writhing in agony, we did not feel that it would help to take action or to ask for assistance from our Father-Mother God. For millions of people on Earth, prayer and an invocation for Light from our God Parents occurs only when they are brought to their knees by their life situations. This is exactly what is happening at this time for millions of people all over the world.
The Company of Heaven is revealing to us now that more people than ever before are reaching a critical moment in their life experiences. Consequently, millions of people are asking God for Divine Intervention. Many of them are praying for the very first time. This powerful event, in unison with the millions of Lightworkers who daily invoke the Light of God, has created the greatest influx of Light the Earth has ever experienced during a Winter Solstice. This Heavenly assistance will greatly empower the patterns of perfection for the New Earth, and it will accelerate our individual hopes and dreams by leaps and bounds.
Beginning now, and continuing for the next 72 hours, focus intently on the vision of what you want to manifest in your life and the lives of your loved ones. Focus on your visions for the New Earth and the harmony and balance you wish for all Humanity. This is a rare opportunity, and we are being called to action by our God Selves—our I AM Presence—and the Company of Heaven. Be sure your visions and your intentions always reflect our Oneness and the Reverence of ALL Life.
This event will pave the way for a God Victorious New Year. 2009 is going to be a year of miraculous changes. These changes have been in the works for quite some time, and now we are going to experience them tangibly in the world of form. These changes will not happen by chance. They will occur through the unified efforts of Lightworkers all over the world and the Company of Heaven.
I know there are a lot of dire predictions regarding the global economy and the challenges Humanity is going through, but we are not the victims of circumstance. We are the cocreators of our Earthly experiences. If we do not like the way things are going in our lives, we have the ability to change our circumstances. This is what we have been preparing for aeons to accomplish—and now is the time.
As the Hopi prophecy states: “We are the ones we have been waiting for.”
2009 numerically is an 11 year. Eleven is the master number that reflects the transformation of the physical into the Divine. The archetypes for the patterns of perfection for the New Earth were securely anchored into the physical plane in August 2008. In 2009, through our creative faculties of thought and feeling, we will expand these patterns into our daily experiences.
The purging and cleansing of the obsolete behavior patterns that have caused the maladies existing in Humanity’s lives will continue. But the wonderful news is, as these old archetypes crumble away, the expansion of the patterns of perfection for the New Earth will begin to manifest in ways that will bring joy, fulfillment and great expectations into the hearts and minds of people everywhere.
There is a new sense of hope flooding through the hearts of people around the world. Humanity’s hope is magnetizing Legions of Light from the Realms of Perfection into the atmosphere of Earth in ways we have never experienced. The Divine Intent of these Messengers of God is to assist Humanity to move quickly through the cleansing process so that the bliss of the New Earth will manifest in the twinkling of an eye.
2009 is going to be whatever we cocreate together. Do not let this opportunity pass you by.

As we ready ourselves for the unification of our energy (tomorrow, December 16 at 9:30 Pacific Time, which corresponds to December 17 at 11 am in Hrishikesh, India, where Sri & Kira will call forth this Dome at the sacred headwaters of the Ganges), let us embrace and receive once again, the words of St. Germain:
"Arriving at the confluence of the mighty rivers found in what you call India, brings forth all seven ascension portals to initiate the Dome of Divine Light.
The Dome of Divine Light will come forth from the unification of all seven rays emanating from the open portals. This dome will have the look of a "mushroom cloud" that you know from your manipulated energy of the atomic bomb.
Similarly to those who have experienced the "point zero" of a manmade atomic explosion, the first experience of this release of the mighty energy is one of great beauty and stillness. All the colors of all the rays emanate in a great brilliance and the moment of reunification is present.
This IS the ascension experience. It is when the moment of stillness arrives without the context of the illusion. It is the ability to step within the moment, rather than witness it. To be a sincere witness is but the first step and a mighty one at that.

I'm here, really
Hello friends and loyal blog readers!
I AM indeed alive, really! My apologies for not posting very much over the past however many months, but life really has been a blur of shifts and busy-ness. There are lots of things brewing, which I will share soon. We just finished our 4th annual Whispers of Spirit Expo yesterday, so I am totally in recovery mode, as it zaps me physically and emotionally. (Think "Christmas" where its a ton of work and then over in like 3 seconds, only longer planning!) Anyhow, I am grateful to everyone who keeps checking in and I will have more full posts again soon!!
Oh but if you really want to connect with me, I have a new facebook addiction. Find me there. :)

peach pie
Since I can't believe I haven't made this until now this summer, I want to share my favorite pie!
Marilyn's Teriffic Peach Pie
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp milk
1/2 c vegetable oil
Crust: Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add the mil and oil. Blend with pie crust cutter. Pat into 9 inch pie pan. Bake 425 until light brown, about 12 minutes.
1 c sugar
pinch salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 c water
3 tbsp peach gelatin (royal or jello)
4 to 6 sliced or diced peaches (enough to fill slightly over the top of crust)
Filling: Cook 1 c sugar, salt, cornstarch, and water in a saucepan until thick and clear. Remove from heat and add gelatin. Cool. Add peaches. Pour into pie crust. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Serve with whipped cream.
(Variation on putting together: I just put peaches directly in crust and pour the filling over it.)
I am headed to a week near Voyager's national park on Saturday, so will be returning to blogging when I get back! :)

sedona journals
I know, I have been MIA ... I am cleaning house, enjoying summer, etc. Will be blogging again soon.
In the meantime, I have about 10 years worth of Sedona Journal of Emergence magazines. They have great information. If anyone wants some or all of them, you can have them (but some might have the crystal pages torn out, otherwise complete!). But you have to pick them up at my house. I just feel bad recycling them all. Its a big pile!

reunion update
Some updated thoughts on my 20 year reunion ...
It was challenging years there (I was painfully shy, dealing with undiagnosed depression, was the "new" girl as well as a Lutheran pastor's kid at a Catholic school) and yet I do have good memories of a few things, think of certain people and wonder how their life is now, and hold the school in high regards.
Would my life have been different if I hadn't taken a weekend trip in the back of a tiny truck to South Dakota with my English/photography teacher and 4 classmates? Yes, because I wouldn't have been baptized to Van Morrison or appreciated large tacky animal statues. Would I be different if I hadn't spent hours and hours in the photography lab with Mary and Lori and a guy I had a crush on but couldn't talk to? Absolutely. What if I hadn't learned the art of journalling or writing from Mr Theim? Would my life be different if we hadn't lost a classmate and dear friend to suicide 2 years after graduating? Without a doubt. And really, would I be sane now without my bestest friends Michelle's constant support and encouragement? NOPE! :)
Obviously all this stuff around the reunion is bringing up memories and thoughts. There is a website that someone set up where people can post their information and photo's, which is interesting to see. It's funny to realize that if I ran into any male classmates I would not even recognize them, and yet all the women look pretty much the same, just older. I am open to connecting with anyone anytime, and may even contact them on facebook (my brother's baseball coach who happens to have a tarot thing!?). Anyhow, I am headed to Mankato tomorrow to catch up with Michelle, so more thoughts may be coming soon!

20 year reunion
So, just got notice about my 20 year high school reunion. Oy. It was not good years there and was fairly cliquey and wierd. I probably am not going (am supposed to be getting back from vacation that day), but we'll see ... would be interesting to see how people have changed though.

Horseback riding!
I had the JOY of going horseback riding with my friend Pam last night! Despite my leg's hurting the entire time, it was relaxing, fun, and so grounding! (Hello, sit bone is newly felt!) The trail was just beautiful, quiet, through fields, hills, trees, even a wooded area. Not sure how quick I'll be going back, but it was delightfully fun! Thanks Pam!

They'll be in town to do workshops, individual readings, and stone purchasing. If you have never experienced them in person (that alone is a trip), have read their books, or are interested in crystals and stones even in the slightest, this is a rare opportunity!

It is with joy that we connect with you - all who are reading these words at this very moment. We touch into your hearts and plant a seed of light, love and truth that it may grow within you as you expand in these times of change.
Many people’s soul vibrations are rising, which makes it more difficult to deal with living in the third dimension. The feeling of being “over it” or “enough already” as we shared in a previous vibe report is very strong. As the vibration rises, the outer, 3D world changes, people’s lives change and you will find you can no longer tolerate living the way you used to live – certain situations or behaviors no longer fit with who you are and you will feel it – you will feel the discord within when you continue to engage with the behaviors that are no longer resonant with your higher vibration.
We see a swirling of energy, like a tornado pulling people into the higher vibration. This will create freedom for many and a feeling of disruption and confusion for others – some people’s lives have turned inside out and there are those who are refusing to release the past and allow the new energies to rise within them. For those who have people in their lives who are going through this, know that you cannot help them, you cannot make them change, you can only continue with your own growth and acceleration. You will not be able to stay with those who are refusing the energy – they may try to hold you back but it will be as if you are being sucked away into a higher vibration and indeed, you are rising into a higher dimension.
You are rising into a fifth dimensional vibration and yet still living in the third dimension. This brings on physical side effects such as difficulty sleeping - or needing a lot of sleep, but not feeling well rested upon awakening. Sometimes the mind goes into overdrive with thinking about all the things that have to be done. Is there something that you have wanted to do and yet have not acted upon? Have you been procrastinating on some project that you are being nudged to do? It is time to begin listening to the inner prompting and to act upon it. The mind is not the enemy – the restless waters are from inspirations long ignored. The mind may focus on some minutia of 3D life that needs to be done, but there is a deeper core to the restlessness. It comes from an inner motivation – an appeal from your very soul – which you are not acting upon. The clearing that has been happening for the last few years is to get all the sluggish muckiness out of the way so you can hear your soul’s call.
Another side effect is that of the expansion and contraction of energy. The body experiences a deep cold within and then extreme heat, fluctuating between the two. The contractions feel like pressure and too much to do with not enough time. The expansion carries the feeling of disorientation and it is a time when new information, inspiration and new feelings about life, existence and multidimensionality come into your awareness. It is all part of the same process. It helps to allow the discomfort of the pressure to be there – not to fight or resist what is – and to know that this is helping you to expand towards your ascension.
With the expansion and contraction comes a feeling of nervousness as if something is about to happen. Also there is a feeling of being pulled out of your body – you’re still in your body but there is a “far away” feeling as if you are looking through the wrong end of a pair of binoculars. Along with this comes a strange feeling of unfamiliarity with your surroundings – even if you have lived there for years.
There are times that feel like a lull, like nothing is happening - this is a time of absorption and integration of the energies you have been downloading.
New connections are being made between people - new people coming into your lives and you may have a sense of your guides and their guides rejoicing at your meeting. There will also be old friends returning to your life.
This is a good time to experience body work and energy healing, such as reiki, cranio-sacral or polarity treatments.
You may also experience changes in your dietary needs. Perhaps you are wanting to eat more crunchy, watery foods such as raw fruits and vegetables, then having a sudden need for protein. Listen to what your body is telling you.
Things are changing from the inside out. If you are experiencing a falling apart of what you have long known, look for the shining doorway of new energy. There is always another choice. The old is falling away, look elsewhere for something new and shining – something that gives you energy and makes you feel alive. Many are being called to find new pathways yet they feel tied to monetary chains – feeling they cannot make any change because they need the money. You have heard the expression “all structures are unstable?” This especially applies to the economic structures at this time.
You are experiencing an inner calling. Listen, listen - what magic adventure is calling to you? Listen to what your mind says and begin to tell a new story. So many feel unfulfilled in work they have been doing for years – feeling it is meaningless. Look in a new direction. List all the things you love to do – focus on what gives you energy. If nothing comes to you, find the stillness within and ask your higher self or your soul and your guides to show you a new way of living. Be patient in receiving the answer. Remember, it is not what you do, but how you do it. Where are you “coming from” deep within? The changes that are happening are deep, indeed.
We have said before that collaboration and community are becoming more and more important and necessary for humans to continue living on earth. This is the shining new energy that is beckoning to you. The human family is coming together to find a new, holistic way of living with each other. Love is the feeling that is growing from within. A sense of well-being, a childlike feeling of freedom. Embrace these inner feelings as the outer structures fall away.
Within the spiraling energy is a new vibration. The pain body is losing its hold as more and more of you release it through acceptance… you feel it fading away. It will lash out through those who are actively holding on to the past, to the pain, to the stories of pain that are told over and over again. As part of this shift, many can no longer tolerate images of violence in the entertainment world — stories of war, destruction and hatred.
Much of what we say here, you have heard before. This is a time to go within and really look at yourself and what you want your life to feel like. This is a time of letting go, the final days of letting go and preparing to create a new life, a new story. What is your deepest desire for your life? What is it? You can make it real. You can be ecstatically happy within your own being – it is your heritage, it is your birthright.
Remember, too, that you have support from the invisibles. The helpers in the non physical realm are with you always.
Join those who are holding a vibration of love for the earth and all her peoples. Surrounding the earth are people holding hands in the etheric energies – they circle the earth – they send love through the circle and into the Earth’s aura, and down into Earth, sending love to the people of earth. Join them when you can – know that you are never alone, these are your brothers and sisters in spirit. You are part of the family of One.

thoughts for now
Have I mentioned how much I love my yoga class? In the months since I started (March?) going to the restorative/gentle yoga class I have noticed both small and large shifts. Small in the way my heart is opening, how my body always reflects back to me what's happening emotionally or energetically, in the way I am more accepting of myself. Large in that I really do notice a difference in my physical body's ability to move and be fluid and not as stiff. It feels like it is preparing my body for MORE. It's so nice to go to a place where I don't have to "be someone", I can just BE, not say a word, and go within. Of course, those nights when I almost die aren't so fun (how is it that doing an arm stretch on a wall can make one almost pass out?), but I always leave laughing and still feeling lighter. Those are the times when I feel stretched beyond my comfort level, and I am realizing that stretching beyond what I feel is comfortable or safe is exactly what I need right now. It feels good.
A fun story to share ... my 6 1/2 year old twin nephews just started playing baseball. It's called "near ball", the teams are boys and girls, and the coach just keeps throwing balls until they hit one, they don't keep score, and it's very entertaining. Last night was their first game. During the 2nd inning, Kaedon hit a great ball, but instead of running to first base, he turned around and ran towards grandma sitting on the sidelines, totally plowing into her for a hug, even though we're all yelling, "Run to first!!" He just stayed with grandma. It's already a great family story that will be told for eons! :)
Had all these other thoughts about synchroncities and new connections, but they all just vanished. Not the right timing I guess! 'Night!

Ahhh creation! I am a happy beader today. Finally created a necklace around the Green Girl fairie piece that I bought for myself about 3 years ago! It's a whimsical piece that its just for me! (Unless I get inspired to sell it...) It's been so nice to spend an afternoon in my porch with the windows thrown open in my porch, the sweet smell of lilac (a late korean bloomer) drifting in, and the sun shining, creating new things! Have been doing some new bracelets too, so stay tuned. I was inspired at the Stone Arch Festival yesterday (which incidentally is where I first met my dear friend Brenda about 10 years ago ... didn't really connect until a little later). I love my city. Great art fairs, great views, a powerful river ... we walked along the new walkway overlooking the St Anthony Falls in downtown Minneapolis, saw great art, enjoyed a perfect Minnesota sunny day. Life is good.

Indy!
If you haven't seen the new Indiana Jones movie yet, GO. Especially if you are into metaphysics or paranormal even in the slightest! I was shocked at how accurate the early part of the movie is, with Area 51, Roswell, and other Mayan and ancient references. I won't give away any more, but whoa I was grinning ear to ear for most of it, knowing how it'll shift some consciousness!! If I hadn't been in a theatre with 100 other people I would have stood up and cheered at the end! :)

SONIC!
Yes, I am a COMPlete geek, but SONIC IS OPEN IN MINNESOTA!!! I know more than a few people are laughing at me, but I HAD to go on pre-opening day for my strawberry limeaid! :) They were doing training today for only a few hours, and officially open full hours on Monday. No more waiting til Tucson in February, although maybe having one here will take the joy out of it. I doubt it. Now don't get me wrong, their food is not really the greatest, but their Limeaid's (with your choice of cherry, strawberry, etc), are divine. Totally sugary sweet, but for whatever reason I find complete bliss in its flavor! So there.

winds of change!
It is SO windy today and you can just feel the layers of crud and blah's being swept away en masse! I am sitting in my lovely porch watching all the trees sway and move with the wind ... a great reminder to all of us to not stay stuck in the same movement and to stay fluid with the winds of change!
I personally am feeling big changes right now, after some weeks of transition and confusion. No real reason for it, just planetary stuff, and according to Karen Bishop, is right "on track." Of course sometimes this process sucks, but at least the dramatics and traumatics aren't as intense or severe as in years prior. Anyhow, my suggestion to you if you are in this state of confusion is to just stay as centered and grounded as possible. Don't try to create or manifest anything new just yet, don't be working your butt off on some new project... the time for those is soon. For now just connect with your inner core, your heartcenter. Keep breathing with conscious breath's, and feel the light of Source flowing through your core. Stillness, quietness. It is getting more and more important to stay in this space, and if there are drama/trauma's around you, you'll be much calmer and can react from a better space.
I just got back from from a lovely and much needed AND much resisted trip to vist my friend Julie in Dubuque Iowa. I changed my mind about 5 times about going, even though I KNEW (deep inner knowing) that I had to go and that it was going to initiate some sort of change or shift, and even changed my mind at 2 am Sunday morning when I was doubled over in pain (unusually strong monthly issue). But I drove down on Sunday, and had planned on coming home Monday afternoon, but by Sunday evening as I was going to sleep in my lovely Hampton hotel cozy bed I knew I wasn't ready to go home and needed more time. More time for ME, time to process after a reading I had scheduled on Monday afternoon there, and just more down time that I have not had in a very long time. Sunday evening was wonderfully chillin' with Julie and her mom and aunt, along the shores of the river in downtown Dub, with perfect weather. Dubuque is a really sweet, pretty town with lots of hills and trees and old houses. Anyhow, Julie's mom couldn't stand it any longer for me to see the shop so we headed over to Romancing the Stone (formerly known as Atlantis to those of you here in the Twin Cities!). What a perfect spot! It's pretty much the complete opposite of what she had at Atlantis ... RTS is on a main level in a really cool old building, has huge windows, a great porch on one side that overlooks a few fountains and tables, she didn't have to paint because the colors already fit her style, etc. She's done a great job at setting up, of course, and I am excited for her new beginnings!
ANYhow, her friend Patrick met us there and hung out chatting for 2+ hours. He's a psychic, healer, yoga teacher, etc, and I had felt before I went to Dub that I needed a reading with him, that it was part of the whole grand plan of the weekend. Thus why I was resisting going! (He even asked me Sunday night how many times I had changed my mind about going!) So Monday we did a full reading, and of course it was the catalyst I needed for some shifts. He was so affirming and right on for all of it, really encouraging me to fully step up. Like F U L L Y . To most people who see me at Expo's or visit my site it may seem like I am "all there", but I'm not. I'm human. I offer a lot of great things for which I am totally grateful for, but I have much more I can offer and WILL BE OFFERING NOW!!! I have been getting all these hints in the past few months about clearing out more old crap so that I can fully move up a notch, and sometimes it takes me a while to get it. (Aries stubborness!) A few old past life connections to Atlantis and other area's have surfaced so I can see that I don't need to hide under the rock anymore (pun totally intended!), and that it is SAFE to SHINE. My past pattern has been to see shining as ego and tooting my horn in a way that is self-serving and not serving my community. I have had too many examples of ego in people around me in the past few years and I do NOT want to be like them in any form. Ego burns bridges. So I am learning that it's not ego to shine, but is a tip of the hat, so to speak, to God and all that we are, because I AM GOD. So are you. And it's all good.
Patrick also confirmed some changes with Whispers of Spirit that will be forthcoming, among many other things. I was just so friggin' grateful that I decided to extend my trip a little longer because it took me the rest of Monday (as I was driving along beautiful backroads of Iowa on my way to Rochester) to process it all and feel how big this was. I know Patrick knows he's just the messenger, but sheeeesh brother, it was so important on so many levels and I am so grateful that you're the messenger. And we have work to do together. :)
Okay so why am I sharing all this? Because there is value in people's experiences for others to learn, and I personally totally learn from my friends or reading other stories. So I share mine in the hopes that it will help even one person. AND so that I stay accountable to actually changing! The changes for my businesses are in the works right now (always! LOL), but watch for announcements. I feel completely rejuvenated and ready to shine! (Maybe with some help from friends!)
And on that note, I need to go shut windows because I see a raincloud!
I personally am feeling big changes right now, after some weeks of transition and confusion. No real reason for it, just planetary stuff, and according to Karen Bishop, is right "on track." Of course sometimes this process sucks, but at least the dramatics and traumatics aren't as intense or severe as in years prior. Anyhow, my suggestion to you if you are in this state of confusion is to just stay as centered and grounded as possible. Don't try to create or manifest anything new just yet, don't be working your butt off on some new project... the time for those is soon. For now just connect with your inner core, your heartcenter. Keep breathing with conscious breath's, and feel the light of Source flowing through your core. Stillness, quietness. It is getting more and more important to stay in this space, and if there are drama/trauma's around you, you'll be much calmer and can react from a better space.
I just got back from from a lovely and much needed AND much resisted trip to vist my friend Julie in Dubuque Iowa. I changed my mind about 5 times about going, even though I KNEW (deep inner knowing) that I had to go and that it was going to initiate some sort of change or shift, and even changed my mind at 2 am Sunday morning when I was doubled over in pain (unusually strong monthly issue). But I drove down on Sunday, and had planned on coming home Monday afternoon, but by Sunday evening as I was going to sleep in my lovely Hampton hotel cozy bed I knew I wasn't ready to go home and needed more time. More time for ME, time to process after a reading I had scheduled on Monday afternoon there, and just more down time that I have not had in a very long time. Sunday evening was wonderfully chillin' with Julie and her mom and aunt, along the shores of the river in downtown Dub, with perfect weather. Dubuque is a really sweet, pretty town with lots of hills and trees and old houses. Anyhow, Julie's mom couldn't stand it any longer for me to see the shop so we headed over to Romancing the Stone (formerly known as Atlantis to those of you here in the Twin Cities!). What a perfect spot! It's pretty much the complete opposite of what she had at Atlantis ... RTS is on a main level in a really cool old building, has huge windows, a great porch on one side that overlooks a few fountains and tables, she didn't have to paint because the colors already fit her style, etc. She's done a great job at setting up, of course, and I am excited for her new beginnings!
ANYhow, her friend Patrick met us there and hung out chatting for 2+ hours. He's a psychic, healer, yoga teacher, etc, and I had felt before I went to Dub that I needed a reading with him, that it was part of the whole grand plan of the weekend. Thus why I was resisting going! (He even asked me Sunday night how many times I had changed my mind about going!) So Monday we did a full reading, and of course it was the catalyst I needed for some shifts. He was so affirming and right on for all of it, really encouraging me to fully step up. Like F U L L Y . To most people who see me at Expo's or visit my site it may seem like I am "all there", but I'm not. I'm human. I offer a lot of great things for which I am totally grateful for, but I have much more I can offer and WILL BE OFFERING NOW!!! I have been getting all these hints in the past few months about clearing out more old crap so that I can fully move up a notch, and sometimes it takes me a while to get it. (Aries stubborness!) A few old past life connections to Atlantis and other area's have surfaced so I can see that I don't need to hide under the rock anymore (pun totally intended!), and that it is SAFE to SHINE. My past pattern has been to see shining as ego and tooting my horn in a way that is self-serving and not serving my community. I have had too many examples of ego in people around me in the past few years and I do NOT want to be like them in any form. Ego burns bridges. Change we can believe in
A monumental night, huh? I had chills listening to Obama (and while I am just about 2 miles away from the Xcel center, was not about to brave crowds of 35,000!), talk with complete confidence about moving into new energy (!!!!), creating change, looking ahead without fear, listening to "the people" ..... the timing of the New Moon tonight is not lost on me either (all about creating new projects, moving foward with new intentions). I won't get into all the cool historic happenings, cuz that's not really my gig, but it is all a palpable shift in energy.

Cutting off Your Nose to Spite your Fate
As you strive to become more and to better yourself, you often end up cutting off your own nose to spite your fate and in spite of yourself. You seem to often fracture yourself in expansion as you proclaim your abilities, your grandness, and your rightness of self. Know that what you forfeit others, you forfeit self, that what you take from others you take from self. Know that what you keep at bay, you end up drowning in. And remember that as you snag what you hunt, what you hunt can also snag you.
As you all stretch yourselves, be aware that the stretching can cause a bounce and a reverberation that can shake your very world. Walk into this next level of thought and manifestations carefully. Do it with intent-full-ness of Light, and do it from the One Heart. Look deep within your own self for what you seek externally in the words, the deeds, and the doings of others. Anchor your own Light, your own heart and soul yearnings in a place that you will not run aground. The next leap for mankind will be invisible.
In most cultures, masters of wisdom assist each other. They know that by assisting another into more knowledge that they also lift themselves into another level of truth and then all of the world will benefit. The masters have no need for competition or pettiness amongst themselves. They honor each other's unique wisdom and abilities. They help each other expand into more God.
This very intense year is not a time of 'Competing'; it is a time of 'Completing'. Rein in what does not serve you. Pack it up. Seal it up, and bury it in a place that you once lived, but no longer reside. Everyone will benefit from everyone else's information; knowledge and wisdom, it can be no other way. It must be made available for all others to touch and to succeed upon and within.
Each of you has within you agendas of the soul, of the heart, and of the personality. You all intuitively know the doorway that you are to knock upon. The energy of the future is shared in single file you cannot piggy back upon another's frequency. Allow your own learning's to unfold and to envelop you in a cocoon of your own preparation and vibration.
Each new level of initiation and light vibration comes personalized. Do not place the picture of your life next to the picture of another’s life for the lines and the pixels will not meet or match. Your trail may be somewhat parallel to another’s, but it cannot ever be the same. The Universe has no need to duplicate its learning's or its experiences; all are singular and unique to its creations. Every person on Planet Earth has a different thought within the same sentence of God. Your music will never sound the same as another’s no matter what instrument you play.
Every level of life wants to be instructed into higher levels of its self. Everyone has the ability to take a word, a thought, a sentence, and fine line it into their own unique energy signature. The vibration of every thought and word on earth consists of at least 6 billion plus different interpretations, always equal to the number of people on earth. This is how many individualized patterns of God exist just on earth.
Take all of the events of your life and your experiences and breathe your life force into them. Breathe your signature, your difference, your sound, and your color into every portion of your life. Do not try to color and change yourself by mimicking the same vibrations as others, for you cannot nor will not fit into their blueprint. Honor all of your creations and honor the creations of those around you. There is no need to change them to compete with others life experiences for each life has its own design and destiny which serves the greater good and the greater God.

Office Grand Opening
We had our first (of many) open house/grand opening yesterday at my new office! SO fun to have my friends in my space, as well as a bunch of new people from the email list (thanks for coming!)

I feel a little more settled there now, and am excited for my first class on Tuesday night, for which I may have to bring chairs from home for! Kathy kept seeing white "whispies" all day, and called me this morning to say its the fairies from my new painting! (On wall above chair in photo above... my friend Sue did a commissioned painting for me and I LOVE it.) Oh and we tested the crystal singing bowl to see how far away in the hallway I could get to hear it ... I was halfway down the hallway on the other side of the front door! So now we know to use it quietly or only in the evening or weekend. Is too bad, but we do have stuffy mainstream neighbors to be conscious of! (I mean that in the most loving way, of course, and besides, the new barber at the end of the hallway came down asking Kathy about his shoulders and ended up on the BioMat!) Anyhow, a fun day. Today I am still in my pajama's and not doing ANYthing but watching movies (okay and blogging).
Oh and I ordered a new laptop (really good deal!) on Friday! :)

I dropped my laptop this weekend.
Twice.
Yes, it was in its bag, but its toast.
If anyone knows where I can get a GOOD laptop (Dell preferrably) for under $500 (or even under $400), lemme know. Oh and it has to have XP and not Vista. I do not even want to fuss with Vista.
I FEEL this new laptop coming to me NOW in the perfect and most affordable way!

I am still here! It's been a rollercoaster of a week or two, with intense processing of old stuff and being in the "muck" of energies for a while, then a nasty headcold, then a breakthrough weekend workshop that was phenomenal. Definitely a crazy time, but I am back on the upswing again.
Here's the latest office photo ... I finally feel like it has cleared more out, but it'll still take time to settle in.
I have moved everything around a bunch of times, of course, and have to get another chair yet. BUT the most exciting part is that I am getting a new painting by my friend Sue on Wednesday!!! She's an incredible artist and I asked her to do a painting for me, without any parameters, and she's finished it! I am so excited to see it and know it'll be perfect. My friend Pam brought me a pot of grass (REAL grass, not the illegal kind! LOL) last week too that is popping up and a great fresh energy. Anyhow, I'm anxious for people to be in our space for our Grand Opening!
The high point of late was the weekend workshop with Jim Self. PLEASE do yourself a favor and listen to his FREE tele-classes on his website. It is incredible information and he is the most amazing, yet grounded and gentle man, who shares everything from his heart. The weekend was about creating our own personal energy fields, and honestly, I almost bailed. I was resistant, yet I knew I had to be there. I was going into it from more of a "this will be good information" standpoint as opposed to a "I am here to grow" point. But by the end of it, I AM a changed person. It WAS really really really good information, but the APPLICATION of that information is what was so helpful. Sunday afternoon it all clicked together for me when he was telling a story about the history of the earth, I knew my part in this story, and it all related to my lifetime (this one) of hiding and not shining my light. (It's a long story not to be shared here.... I am happy to share it with people in person, however, so just ask me sometime.) It completely took me by surprise and yet it was the whole reason I was there. ANYhow, the personal energy fields he helps people create and LIVE in are amazing and my wish would be for everyone to be in that space. It is NOT work for everyone, however, so if you don't feel drawn to it, it's okay. But still listen to some of his stuff. ;)

The energies lately have been intense, to say the least, and a lot of people (not everyone) are processing really old CORE issues. It does seem like we go through this cycle every so often, but this one seems especially challenging. It can be hard to stay in that energy for long, so finding something that gives you JOY and light is helpful. Last week when I was in the middle of some muck (as well as feeling like crap physically!), I was so grateful for the Lightsmith update and had to email Chris to pick up some CD's in person because I couldn't wait for them in the mail. Michele's sessions with the Earth Mother or the Tuesday Tune-up's are so helpful for processing through the body and moving energy out. (I recommend the Breathing Techniques (download only) and the "Mega Tune"!) As one who has moved out the other side of the muck, I can see how important it is to change your THOUGHTS to positive one's, do something - ANYthing - to shift your personal energy or your home energy, and even do something that you have NOT done before to shift it, AND ASK FOR HELP from other humans. TALK to your friends. Sometimes just a conversation can be the most important act you can do to shift your life. So that's my two cents for today about these energies! :)
On other random notes, I had a fun excursion to IKEA with Brenda today, another old friend emailed me today (yay Jeanice!), I am looking forward to my yoga class tomorrow night and water with Pam, and I got to dig in the dirt a little bit this morning to uncover some bulbs. Life is good.

i'm moved in!!
After the shovelling from the snowstorm yesterday I didn't get out the door as fast as I wanted to, but we got to IKEA for shelves, then finally to the office! Here is the process ....
I spent a large part of the day clearing the energies, as it feels thick and weird. Got a clearing grid set up (bottom photo), plus a selenite lamp and salt lamp to clear more, and lots of sprays, of course. Saturday when no one else is in the building we'll probably smoke it up with sage. Anyhow, I have a lot more to do, getting my desk there, artwork up, doors on my shelf, and have to find another comfy chair. (Although I did describe what I wanted to my mom, and about an hour later we saw it at HomeGoods for only $99, but I'm not crazy about the upholstery.)Thursday Kathy & I are hanging out all day to get the showroom's shelf put together (the white wiry one with glass shelves), rearrange her office and the lobby, and to smother it with love and lots of light!

turn the lights out
I'm doing Earth Hour tonight (while I do yoga/meditation). Might seem like a little thing, but it's something.
Quickie updates ... life is GOOD, I have cleared a lot of crap, and I am joyfully moving forward! Have been gathering things for my new office, am buying IKEA on Monday, moving in on Tuesday. Meeting with Joan (& Kenny) today for a bit (yay!! been too long), have a client at 3, then tomorrow get to buy rocks!! Other good things this week: my dad got a shiny new silver car yesterday, my niece loves me a lot, I talked to my best friend Michele, Whispers is going through some expansion and shifting, I reconnected with a childhood friend (after 20+ years) AND an high school friend (after 10 years?) through myspace of all places (AND there is a cool astrological thing with it, but I'll post that later), I'm going to have my picture taken with Duff of Ace of Cakes tomorrow :), I had a great yoga class on Tuesday, Peg found a new dress for her daughter's wedding, Brenda's meeting me at IKEA, Julie probably picked her new business name .......... what else? It's all good stuff and made up for the rather crappy birthday this week.
OH OH AND THE BESTEST part .... I found flowers popping up out of the rich dark earth yesterday!! Blessings!

I am sharing a suite with my dear friend and massage therapist & healer Kathleen Benning of Field of Dreams Massage & Healing (www.fieldofdreamsmassageandhealing.com). I am so excited about this new venture, my own space, and the opportunity to offer more services. It may take me a few days to settle in, but my calendar is open for sessions and product purchasing, or even just coming by to hang out.
Appointments for Crystal Energy Balancing, Reiki, Amethyst BioMat, and Crystal Intuitive Readings will be available Tuesday through Saturday. My rates for sessions are raising slightly, but there are also many special offers available. I'll be offering new services too, so stay tuned. We'll have an expanded retail room (by appointment), lots of classes, open houses, and healing and meditation groups. thoughts
I went my first yoga class last night! Its a Restorative Yoga class, which is basically just laying on the floor, doing stretches, etc. There was definitely a love-hate relationship with it happening, but at the end, even though both KB & I agreed we were just doing one class to check it out, I bought an 8-class pass. It was a tiny bit challenging at points, and my mind was challenging it all, believe me, but today I feel really good. (Okay except for the minor ache in a shoulder.) It was interesting that even though there were 6 others there, I never even really saw them, or the instructor, since I was so in the moment of each pose. But thank goodness Pam is doing 8 weeks too (hopefully KB too), to have someone to compare notes with! And according to Pam, this was more active than her previous classes! Its nice to have time to just BE and not have any thoughts.
KB and I are working on an intuition class! It'll be a good class, but I can't believe I'm doing it, since I feel so unqualified to teach what I can't put words to. But she keeps having people ask about it, so we're jumping in.
I'm also thinking about money today, since a few friends are experiencing the lack of and worrying about it. Here's what I know about money:
It is an energy. It is always in flow and flux. Our focus and our thoughts create our reality. What we focus on is what is created. If we focus on "I don't have any money", "How am I going to pay for it?" etc, you won't have any money and you won't pay for it. If you keep your thoughts at "I am abundant and prosperous" and TRUST and SURRENDER to the Universe, it is much easier for the Universe to rearrange itself to support you. Our thoughts and beliefs about money play a huge role in it coming into our lives or not. If we have even a super unconscious thought or belief that we don't DESERVE it, it won't come to us. If we believe to the core of our being that our time and energy is worthy, it will come easily. Manifesting is not necessarily easy. Magnetize and attract it to you. But if we put the work and energy into being positive, FEEL the flow of money coming into your life, VISUALIZE it, create opportunities to acquire money, it's easier. Especially those of us who are self-employed sometimes forget that we need to create our own opportunities. How have you reached out to your clients or your community this week? If you are feeling stuck and "broke", create an email or a flyer for a few coffeeshops, send out a coupon, talk to your neighbors, visit a new business to offer your services. Money is always there and is unlimited. It does not just show up without work, however. We all deserve it and the Universe wants to reward us for our being here on earth! Its GOOD to have money! Be GRATEFUL when you do have money and be GRATEFUL when you don't have money, for both are opportunities to grow and learn. Ask, tell, or DEMAND that the Universe take care of you, release your expectations of how that should work, and accept and open to the miracles it can create!
Specifics on how I create money:
*White board with my "needs" (office rent, a new bookcase, $333 for such&such Expo, etc) and what I am grateful for, asking for it all with EASE and prosperity
*Affirmations of I AM a money magnet. I now attract all I need and more. I am so grateful to serve! (or whatever works for you)
*Any money I do receive, whether it is cash, checks, credit card payments, a discount on a product, a quarter found on the floor, I THANK it. I bless my checkbook/credit card/cash each time they are use.
*Ask for Ganesh to remove obstacles to receiving money
*Thank the universe for bringing in what you need.
*Pick up the Secret book for reminders on how to stay in the flow of abundance, to create prosperity in other ways than money as well
*Oh and really, I think that Million Dollar Experiment is working. I say this every day:
In an easy and relaxed manner, in a healthy and positive way, in its own perfect time, for the highest good of all, I intend $1,000,000 to come into my life and into the lives of everyone who holds this intention.
Ahhhh yes!
