Have you felt like you've been through the ringer lately? Is life seeming to fall apart? Well, you are not alone. There again are so many shifts happening for people right now (yeah yeah, we say that all the time, don't we?), and if you aren't experiencing anything, good for you, you've done your work! What I have been finding with clients and friends (and myself) is that anything related to our worthiness, confidence, and trusting ourselves is coming up to be viewed and acknowledged. We are getting to really deep core issues that are holding us back, and the energies are supportive to release them with ease if you allow it. Once we get through it, the clarity and creative juices are wonderful and we can move foward with more joy and light. There is indeed a light at the end of the tunnel, I promise!
And don't forget there are a lot of resources out there for support, including MultiDimensional healings, crystals, or other groups or events.

It's hard to believe it has been one year that I have been at my Burnsville office full time!
