Happy NOW! Is anyone else breathing a big sigh of relief? We are barely into 2009 and there is so much more light and energy available. We have all collectively shifted so much personally and on the planet in 2008 and now is the time to expand with more LOVE and peace. I am so entirely grateful for every single thing in my life (as crappy as some situations were), and each morning and night I state out loud, "I am so grateful for Now." This completely shifts my day and allows for an openness of heart and creation. And I thank YOU, my dear readers, for your ongoing support and smiles.

Energy Integration Healing
Energy Integration Healing is the next step up.

As so many things are releasing and changing and new energies are coming in, our energies and body can tend to get stuck in the old patterns (which is only what is knows). During an Energy Integration Healing we'll collaboratively (simply by permission of our higher selves connecting... all you need to do is relax) release what is no longer serving your highest good and will integrate a new higher vibration of balance and light.

Energy Integration Healing is a combination of Intuitive energy healing (hand on as well as hands off in the aura and energy fields), sound healing through crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and music, crystals, essential oils and vibrational essences, as well as angelic and Source energies are utilized to bring you to a new state of wholeness. And you experience deep relaxation!
