Does this have anything to do with recalling your divinity? Have you realized that time truly is on your side, and that more than enough of it remains for us to do your greatest work? Is it that you now see how much you already have, how many you've already helped, and how much you've already done?

Ahhhh! Your eyes just did that sparkly thing! Moonbeams just shot from your fingertips! The aroma, all around you, is like lavender! And your angels are locked wing to wing singing, "Weeeeeeeeee are the champions..."

...Okay, okay. So I'm pulling your leg a little bit. Truth be told, I can't remember when you didn't look like this.

Have you felt like you've been through the ringer lately? Is life seeming to fall apart? Well, you are not alone. There again are so many shifts happening for people right now (yeah yeah, we say that all the time, don't we?), and if you aren't experiencing anything, good for you, you've done your work! What I have been finding with clients and friends (and myself) is that anything related to our worthiness, confidence, and trusting ourselves is coming up to be viewed and acknowledged. We are getting to really deep core issues that are holding us back, and the energies are supportive to release them with ease if you allow it. Once we get through it, the clarity and creative juices are wonderful and we can move foward with more joy and light. There is indeed a light at the end of the tunnel, I promise!

As we begin exploring the energies of crystals and stones, Rose Quartz showed itself as the first offering. Theme’s of various emotional, physical, or spiritual energies tend to change every few weeks or months (noticed in my own life or my community, or just felt in the general consciousness), and many people have been talking about opening their heart more, feeling very connected to the larger Love of the universe, or the opposite of feeling frustrated with themselves or their relationships and experiencing deep emotional purging on many levels.

To me, one can never have too much Rose Quartz. It is a stone that is all about love and staying centered within our hearts. As life throws us challenges, anxiety, chaos, or confusion, Rose Quartz brings us right back to our heart center with a deep breath and a deep hug from the love of the Universe. It relates to the heart chakra, the 4th chakra that deals with our hearts. Our heart space is where we are fully connected to ourselves and our spirit. Deep within we know. We feel. As the spirit of the Rose Quartz stated, Love is All and is the Oneness that we strive for as humans.

Emotionally Rose Quartz opens our hearts to love ourselves and others, to help us feel worthy of the love that we ARE.

Most everyone knows about the beautiful pink Rose Quartz. It’s a member of the Quartz family, its pink coloring created from iron and titanium, which can range from very pale to very rich pink. Unlike its clear quartz counterpart, it actually is rarely found in crystal form, but is a lovely collector’s items when found. The stone is found all over the world in locations such as South Dakota (US), Madagascar, and Brazil.

Emotionally, Rose Quartz opens our hearts to love ourselves and others, to help us feel worthy of the love that we ARE. Acceptance of this all-encompassing love is what brings us to true freedom and joy! A note about crystals and stones: they do not “heal” us. They do remind us of who we are, however, which is always perfect and divine, but we sometimes forget this fact. The law of resonance applies when working with the mineral kingdom, which is ‘like attracts like’. When we bring our bodies and energies into contact with a crystal or stone, we will resonate or vibrate at the same level. I had not been reading much lately, but keep finding great energy and astrology information this week, and thought I'd share this one ...

Faith and Courage in Times of Change

We have had an important outer space visitation by a new comet recently. The comet Lulin has made its closest appearance to the Earth on Feb. 24th. The comet is said to have a green gaseous atmosphere, and is apparently traveling in a backwards motion, completely opposite from the planets. In mid- February it was conjunct Saturn and opposing Uranus. Both of theseplanets are important in their own opposition during the 2008-2010 time period, as they continue to create a pull between the old ways and the new, all the while encouraging the wise use of discipline and moderation as we transition into the new.

Comet Lulin was discovered in July of 2007 by two astronomers collaborating, one of Chinese origin and the other Taiwanese. This symbology speaks to me of the need for collaboration among all as we approach the new world we are creating jointly. The green color of the comet signifies the heart chakra, and tells us that humanity will begin to lead with their hearts, choosing that which supports the whole, not just the few. By leading with our hearts, we can merge opposing forces, and peace and cooperation can become the new buzz word in the Age of Aquarius.

This is interesting to me, especially because I have an inner planes connection (and an ordinary reality one as well) with a man halfway across the world. He embodies the essence of Saturn (wise, responsible, disciplined) and I embody the essence of the planet Uranus (sudden change, new thoughts at lightening speed, intuition). We have had an amazing and miraculous long distance relationship, which has led to great change for both of us. We have come to know and understand some great differences in our backgrounds and experience. There have been so many spiritual gifts and lessons throughout our connection, that I plan to write a book about my own experiences. Recently my guidance informed me, that since our Divine Selves (my friend's and my own) have merged as one, we are assisting the planet by having laid the energetic pathway of the joining and cooperation among these opposing forces (the Saturn, Uranus opposition). The end result will be the unification and opening into Oneness, from diverging spectrums of experience, using the best each of these planets (energies) has to offer, on the way to resolution.

I find it most important at this time, that we each realize that we are connected in Oneness, through the "field" which many physicists write about. This field contains all of the thoughts from every person on earth. And when many of us are thinking the same thing, these thoughts become the dominant consciousness that is then spread around the world. It is only when we decide to make these thoughts become high and empowering, that we can shift the consciousness of the masses to higher levels. I do believe this is happening, with the preponderance of spiritual growth, the world wide popularity of books such as "The Secret" and "What the Bleep", and most recently the election of Obama as President of the U.S. (see my February 2009 musing labeled "Hope").

So, my plea to each of you is; let us all raise our consciousness of each and every thought, word and deed sent out into this field; and let us together, raise it even higher, through faith, knowing without a doubt, that the challenges which are befalling humanity at this time, are for the betterment of us all. It is only through seeing that our security does not lie in the material world, but rather in the spiritual connections and growth, which are being offered through these times of chaos and change, that we will move forward into our new world of peace and prosperity for all. As Jesus said, "Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth...but lay up your treasures in Heaven.... For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. The eye is the lamp of the body. So, if your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light.... Matt.:19-23

Again, it is each of our duties to have faith, that all is in Divine Order. In this process of change, add only the highest words and thoughts to the "field", knowing that this is your contribution to the whole. Everything we say, do, and even think, is recorded for eternity in this field we share. So, please, as you add your contribution, make it a high one.

Very early on in my spiritual path, I had a wonderful and lasting lesson from my dog. My dog chewed up and wrecked some of my "sacred objects", some owl feathers given to me by a friend. I was so angry at my dog, I turned to her and said, "Oh, I wish you were dead!" This dog died within the month, of an enlarged heart. I learned from this dog how much she loved me, to be able to teach me this very important lesson. I felt so very badly that I could have spoken these words in anger, which of course, I did not mean, but as she taught me, could never be retrieved once put out. The field does not know whether we mean the words we speak or not, but it adds to the mosaic under which all of life operates. The greatest each of us can do, then, is to make sure that what we add to the whole, is of the highest and most ethical order.

The full moon on March 10-11 is in Virgo. It is a most important full moon because it is highlighting the Saturn/Uranus opposition, with the Moon conjoining Saturn and the Sun conjoining Uranus. Saturn rules form, Uranus rules breakdown of outmoded structures, freedom and rapid cultural change. This full moon is very powerful, and is highlighting our evolutionary imperative to move forward, embrace our power, and realize our potential. Those people born in the years between 1961-1972, are being given the wake up call to own their power.
March is a month of new beginnings, as the Sun enters Aries at the spring equinox in the Northern hemisphere and the fall equinox in the Southern Hemisphere. The equinoxes are a time, when for a moment, the world is held in equal balance, with day and night being of an equal length of time. The winds of change begin to blow very hard at this time. Aries is symbolized by the ram, with horns that charge forward into the new, butting their heads through any obstructions in the way. It is the sign of leadership, courage, and strength; pioneering us into the new. New seeds for the year are planted, and begin to sprout almost immediately. We are entering a time when we can all write the script for our new lives, and the miracles will continue to grow and expand exponentially throughout the months leading to summer/winter solstice.

With the Aries new moon on March 26th, following the equinox, we get a double blast of that warrior and pioneering energy to move forward into new territory. With Pluto squaring this new moon, and Venus and Mercury as well, we are being encouraged to think outside of the box, release the old emotional baggage that ties us down, not allow it to hold us back any longer, as well as love ourselves in a new way. Pluto will dig deep and show us where we have given up our power, and sold out for less than we deserve, as well as show us what is important to move towards. This is a shift in consciousness and a change in course, and a powerful one at that. Pluto shows us how and where we hold ourselves back through fear, separation and suffering. As Martin Luther King Jr. said, "Faith is taking the whole step, even when you don't see the whole staircase." We are collectively rewriting reality, inventing our new world, and at the same time integrating within and among, the various spiritual and physical dimensions we inhabit. Let's do it well.
